In-store Christmas Return Policy:
If you are buying items as a Christmas gift,
-You can come back till January 10th, 2022 for exchange or store credits. No refund will be issued for in-store purchases.
-All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags are original condition and attached to the item.
-Sales items, bodysuits, bralettes and accessories are all final sale and non-returnable.
-Please make sure to tell the staff you are buying items for Christmas Gift: staff can note that on receipts and issue gift receipts.
-Senders/receivers can come back with either original or gift receipt.
-We are not able to process any returns on December 26-28th, 2021 at physical store due to Boxing Day traffic.
Regular In-Store Return Policy
Can I get a refund if I return my purchase?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in-store. You are able to exchange or receive store credits for the amount of your purchase on regular priced items within 14 days from the purchase date.
What do I need to make a return?
All merchandise must have original price tags attached, unworn, unwashed with original or gift receipt.
How long do I have to make a return?
You have 14 days after you purchase to exchange or receive store credit. After 14 days we are unable to issue a return.
What items are final sale?
All sale items, gift cards, bodysuits, accessories (earrings, scarves etc.) and store credit purchases are final sale.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Unfortunately, we do not issue any price adjustments.
I bought an item months ago, but it is still in original condition: unworn, unwashed and tag attached. Can I return it?
As our in-store return policy states, we are not able to accept any returns that do not meet the requirement.
