Online Christmas Return Policy

If you are purchasing items as a Christmas gift:

  -Please provide us a note that you are purchasing those items as a Christmas gift so that we are able to provide you extended return policy.

   *If we do not get any notes about that, we will consider as regular purchase that is eligible for regular online return policy written down below. If you missed to write notes, please send us emails:

  -Customers purchasing Christmas gifts are eligible to return items till January 17th, 2022.

  -Online orders meet our Christmas return policy may be returned for online/in-store store  credits or in-store exchanges or online refunds.

   *Gift senders are eligible for full refunds, the gift receivers are eligible only for online/store credits. We cannot issue a refund to gift receiver, for we are only available to issue a refund to original way of payment. 

  -Please reach out to to claim for return request with the subject "Christmas Gift Return". We are not able to process any online returns NOT contacted to our online department.

For receivers, please provide following information:

   -Return method ( dropping in-store/mail-back):

   -Payment method:

   *Receiver: you can choose either in-store/online store credits or in-store exchange.

  -Returns will not be accepted Dec 25-28th due to high volume of requests during these days.

  *December 24th-27th, 31st, 2021 and January 1st, 2022, we are not able to answer any inquiries due to holiday/in-store traffic situations.

  -Purchases made online are eligible for a full refund/store credits/exchanges. Refunds will be issued onto the original form of payment. All return must be accompanied by the original receipt and in original condition.

   *Exclusion may apply to items reduced 40% or more. Items marked as "Final Sale" are all non-returnable. 

  -All intimates (hats, scarves, bralette and bodysuits) and jewelry are considered final sale and are not eligible for in-store exchange, store credit, or online refund.

  -We reserve the right to deny the refund, in-store exchange, or store credit of any item(s).


Regular Online Return Policy

Items purchased from Spank Clothing Online Boutique are eligible for a full refund (*exclusion may apply) if contacted within 14 days of receiving date. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

*For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, accessories and hair accessories may not be returned nor exchanged.

*If returned items do not meet these requirement, Spank Clothing reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions in our sole discretion.

How can I return an item? 

Within 14 days of  receiving your order, please email with the title ‘Return’. Include your order number and the item you want to return.  All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. 

How long does it take to make a return?

Please allow 1-3 weeks for your item to be shipped back to us. Once we receive the item, please consider 3-5 business days for your account to be refunded.

Can I return an item I bought on sale? 

If you bought something online that was on sale, yes you are able to return it. Any items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.  Any items bought in the store with a sale price will be final sale. 

*All items marked as Final Sale in product descriptions are all non-returnable. Please ensure the product description down below the product pictures.

*All items discounted 50% off or more are all Final Sale. 

Can I return an item if I took off the tags? 

Sorry, all returns must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. 

*We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions in our sole discretion. 

What items are non-returnable?

Bodysuits, in-store and online gift cards, scarves, necklaces, earrings and all other accessories are final sale. Items with special promotion and discounted more than 50% could be final sale.

If I return an item will I be refunded for the shipping cost? 

Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. When we issue your refund we will deduct the shipping cost from your total. 

*If you received free shipping promotion, this policy does not apply to your case.

If I order online can I receive in store credit instead of a refund? 

At this time we can offer in-store credits for online orders Only at Victoria location. Please email your online order or email invoice to with the subject line ‘Store Credits’. 

Can I exchange items I order online?

We do not offer online exchanges but you can visit in-store and exchange items. If you would like to return your online orders in store, please contact with the subject line "In-store Exchange". 

Can I return gift cards?

All in-store and e-gift cards are non-returnable. Please check e-Gift Card Policy page to check for details.
