How can I return an item?
Within 14 days of receiving your order, please email email@example.com with the title ‘Return’. Include your order number and the item you want to return.
All merchandise must have original price tags attached, unworn, and unwashed.
How long does it take to make a return?
Please allow 1-3 weeks for your item to be shipped back to us. Once we receive the item, please consider 3-5 business days for your account to be refunded.

Can I return an item I bought on sale?
If you bought something online that was on sale, yes you are able to return it. Any items labeled ‘Final sale’ are non-returnable. Any items bought in the store with a sale price will be final sale.
*All sale-items purchased with "Additional 20% OFF Promotion" are all FINAL SALE. Only regular priced items can be returned at this time.
Can I return an item if I took off the tags?
Sorry, all returns must be unwashed, unworn, with tags in original condition.
*We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions in our sole discretion.
What items are non-returnable?
Bodysuits, gift cards, scarfs, necklaces, earrings and all other accessories are final sale. Items with special promotion could be final sale.
If I return an item will I be refunded for the shipping cost?
Unfortunately we are unable to refund for shipping costs. When we issue your refund we will deduct the shipping cost from your total.
If I order online can I receive in store credit instead of a refund?
At this time we can only offer in store credits for online orders at our Victoria and Commercial drive location. Please email your online order or email invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line ‘Store Credits’.
Can I exchange items I order online?
We do not offer online exchanges but you can visit in-store and exchange items. If you would like to return your online orders in store, please contact email@example.com with the subject line "In-store Exchange".

Can I get a refund if I return my purchase?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. You are able to exchange or receive store credits for the amount of your purchase on regular priced items.

How long do I have to make a return?
You have 14 days after you purchase to exchange or receive store credit. After 14 days we are unable to issue a return.
What items are final sale?
All sale items, bodysuits, accessories (earrings, scarves etc.) and store credit purchases are final sale.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Unfortunately, we do not issue any price adjustments.
