Shipping & Return Policy

Online Return Policy: Within 14 days of the shipping date, you can receive a refund to the original method of payment on regular priced merchandise. Original receipt required, unworn, unwashed with price tags attached. The shipping cost of returning an item back to us will be deducted from the amount refunded. All returns must be approved first by our customer service team within 14 days of the shipping date. All return claims can be sent to for approval (Subject Line: Return).Once the return is approved, you will be notified via e-mail to ship back your items. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed, and received.

All Accessories, Bodysuits, Scarves and Sale Items are Final Sale.

Shipping is non refundable.

Online Exchange Policy: We are not able to offer exchanges online. If you need a new size or colour, you may exchange in store, or place a new order online.

In Store Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any regular-priced, unworn, unwashed merchandise with price tags attached, and with the original or gift receipt within 14 days of your purchase for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT.

All sale items, bodysuits, accessories (earrings, scarves etc.) or store credit purchases are FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES OR CREDIT.

Regular-priced items purchased online can only be EXCHANGED in store. We are unable to offer store credit or refunds on these purchases in store.
